JOB SUMMARY

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees pilot warehouse locations, driving productivity through data‑driven decisions and analytical problem solving. The role includes training, performance reviews, and disciplinary action.

SHIFT & LOCATION

Shift M-F 1:30PM‑10:30PM
Final Mile and Linehaul

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Develop, initiate, coordinate, and enforce operational and personnel policies.
• Implement security and safety improvements for company assets.
• Utilize RF scanner knowledge to improve inventory accuracy and eliminate errors.
• Handle variable hours including weekends.
• Oversee loading/unloading trucks and ensure accurate dock checks.
• Document damages and shortages.
• Clean and sanitize shifts.

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: $68,640-$70,000
