Ready to lead and make an impact? As Warehouse Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—driving efficiency, accuracy, and safety every day. In this role, you’ll oversee the seamless receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished goods, maintain precise inventory control, and optimize space utilization. You’ll champion safety and quality standards, lead a high-performing team, and collaborate with production and logistics to implement process improvements that fuel organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Safety Leadership: Drive compliance and champion a safety-first culture across all warehouse operations.
- Operational Oversight: Direct inventory flow and oversee storage, preparation, loading, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate customer shipments and logistics, auditing documentation to maintain policy and regulatory compliance.
- Team Management: Lead team performance through hiring, training, payroll management, goal setting, and career development initiatives.
- Performance & Reporting: Optimize KPIs and inventory accuracy by leveraging SAP ERP for reporting, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
- 5+ years in a supervisor or manager level position within a warehouse environment.
- Proficient in warehouse management software (SAP) and Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience operating a forklift and motorized pallet jack.
