Your Role

Warehouse Lead

Compensation: $22.05 per hour, DOE

As a Warehouse Lead, you will leverage your knowledge of inventory and quality management to handle activities related to inventory, fulfillment, and tool management.

Essential Functions

• Manage all aspects of inventory movement, including stocking, re-stocking, and accounting.
• Maintain records of inventory quantities, types, and values.
• Participate in monthly and year-end inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate inventory requirements and procurement with the General Manager.
• Track transportation and distribution of inventory.
• Oversee stock records and compile evaluation reports; conduct daily inventory audits.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers on inventory needs.
• Handle inventory surplus, returns, damages, and replenishments.
• Fill order forms and oversee safety equipment compliance.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehousing, transportation, or distribution preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems like Sage, Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Physical ability to push/pull up to 75 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience and certification.
