Compensation
Base pay: $17.00/hr – $19.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, prescription, PTO, 11 paid holidays, and disability and life insurance.
Position: Administrative Assistant II
Location: Tigard, OR. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am–5pm (40 hours per week). Employment type: Full‑time.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant II must have excellent customer service, be outcome oriented, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail. They must exhibit strong soft skills, including verbal and written communication, resiliency, initiative, professionalism, and leadership. Organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently are essential.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with office management duties, including ensuring help‑desk requests are answered, supporting other administrative team members, and ensuring tasks keep the office running smoothly.
- Perform clerical duties such as faxing, photocopying, mailing, scanning, data entry, and maintaining electronic and hard‑copy filing systems.
- Resolve property‑management issues promptly while upholding Fair Housing guidelines.
- Prepare and modify documents including reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Generate financial reports, owner reports, budget comparisons, occupancy reports, and other property reports.
- Act as a backup receptionist and provide support when needed.
- Apply strong understanding of all departments and collaborate with staff to promote the company's mission, vision, and values.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle extensive and sensitive confidential information.
- Comply with company standards, policies, and applicable laws (Fair Housing Act, Landlord/Tenant laws, OSHA guidelines).
- Perform special projects that involve data analysis and computer skills.
- Travel as required for in‑person classes and annual education conferences.
Qualifications and Physical Demands
- High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years of property‑management experience or equivalent education/experience.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Proficiency with basic office equipment (telephone, keyboard, fax, copier).
- Outcome‑oriented, meets deadlines, strong time‑management, administrative, and organizational skills.
- Strong customer‑service skills; ability to communicate and collaborate across multiple departments.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Physical ability to use hands, sit, stand, walk, reach, lift up to 10 pounds regularly, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
