Job Description for Oracle Functional Analyst
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Oracle Functional Analyst to join our team supporting a major client in Downtown Cleveland. The role involves supporting the organizations business strategy related to the clients platform and technologies, guiding the business transformation program through Oracle Cloud ERP implementation. Responsibilities include: Conducting discussions with business stakeholders to gather requirements. Translating business requirements to developers. Running testing and defect tracking. Managing integrations between downstream applications. Handling large volume data conversions, especially in the Supplier space. Participating in System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Post-production phases. Must Haves: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of professional IT experience. Strong Supply Chain Management (SCM) functional knowledge, including AP / PO. End-to-end Oracle ERP implementation experience, preferably with Oracle Cloud. Proficiency in PL/SQL and SQL, capable of executing queries. Experience with data conversion and supporting integration between environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and vendors. Plusses: Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
