We are seeking a Tech Refresh Data Analyst to join our team supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency. The Tech Refresh Data Analyst is responsible for providing system data and process improvement recommendations for automation in customer operations and data management. The analyst also provides project data, updates, and standings to cover future DIA and Defense Intelligence Enterprise growth for sites that fall within scope, while preparing data requirements for schedule utilization, project success, implementation, and execution of assets.

Responsibilities
Provide system data and process improvement recommendations for automation in Tech Refresh operations and data management.
Provide project data, updates, and standings to cover future DIA, Defense Intelligence Enterprise growth for sites within scope of Tech Refresh.
Perform analysis to assess quality and meaning of data.
Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets.
Assign numerical value to essential business functions so performance can be assessed and compared over time.
Analyze local, national, and global trends that impact the organization and industry.
Prepare reports for management outlining trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
Work with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
Prepare final analysis reports for stakeholders to understand the data‑analysis steps and enable informed decisions.
Serve as a seasoned technical contributor.
May manage and influence projects or processes.
Influence others regarding system design, solutions, and procedures.
Qualifications
Active Top Secret Clearance with a CI Polygraph.
Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of relevant experience (or equivalent) in data science, statistics, mathematics, or computer science.
Demonstrated experience in collecting, acquiring, extracting, integrating, inspecting, cleaning, and modeling data.
Minimum of 5 years of data analysis experience.
Knowledge and experience with data analysis, data management, engineering, and science.
Excellent communication, teamwork, leadership, conflict‑management, and critical‑thinking skills.
Experience transitioning applications to IC Information Technology Environment (ITE) and in‑depth knowledge of IC ITE services.
