Job Overview
RAQA Data Analyst 3 role at Intuitive. The analyst will use technical expertise and a solid understanding of quality and regulatory business processes to turn data into insightful information. The position is a member of the Quality Data Analytics (QDA) team and will deliver data solutions, reports, and analytics to support RAQA business stakeholders including Audit, Post Market Surveillance, Product Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supplier Quality, and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver data solutions to support RAQA business stakeholders such as Audit, Post Market Surveillance, Product Quality/Quality Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Supplier Quality, Quality Systems and Compliance.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, metrics and critical needs for new requests and enhancements.
Extract and analyze business data from EDW and associated source systems (SAP, Salesforce, TrackWise, Veeva) to meet reporting and analysis requirements.
Conduct deep‑dive analysis into data sets including system logs to uncover insights and key data trends using critical thinking and sound judgment.
Design actionable and insightful dashboards to support decision making and optimize data analysis processes.
Transform query solutions into sustainable, self‑service reporting tools to drive operational efficiencies.
Integrate innovative data science approaches to automate processes and deliver impactful, data‑driven solutions.
Provide ongoing support for dashboards and reports, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability.
Conduct code and application reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, troubleshooting issues as needed.
Assist in the development and validation of data analysis reports to satisfy software verification and validation requirements.
Perform ad‑hoc analysis as needed for business requirements and audit support.
Demonstrate awareness of AI and Machine Learning concepts and their applications in data analysis.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
Extensive experience in business intelligence, data mining, and reporting with a proven track record in quality and regulatory functions.
Knowledge of enterprise applications such as SAP ECC/S/4 HANA, Salesforce, TrackWise, Veeva, and experience assembling and analyzing system and log data.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and further analytics tools for visualization and reporting.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills with expertise in data visualization and mining tools.
Experience generating dashboards under shared computing environments such as EDW/Snowflake.
Demonstrate independent ownership of end‑to‑end projects with timelines and deliverables.
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance.
Awareness of AI/ML concepts and their applications in data analysis.
Highly motivated self‑starter with strong organizational and project management skills and cross‑functional collaboration experience.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
Outcome‑driven mindset to design and deliver business solutions.
Flexible working hours – occasional work off normal hours for audit support or field action investigation.
Preferred Skills
Background in medical device, pharmaceutical, regulatory, or related industries.
Advanced programming experience such as R for tool development and reporting.
Familiarity with reporting practices across multiple regulatory agencies.
Familiarity with Intuitive products is preferred.

Shift: Day
Workplace type: Set Schedule – Onsite weekly, with the percentage of onsite work defined by the leader.
Compensation
Base salary range Region 2: $108,600 – $156,200 per year.
Base salary range Region 1: $127,800 – $183,800 per year.
Pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
