Employer Industry: Health and Wellness Technology Why consider this job opportunity Competitive salary and equity compensation for full-time roles Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) and 401k benefits with employer matching contributions Opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment with a focus on personal and professional development Chance to make a significant impact on business growth through data-driven insights Job Responsibilities Serve as a technical expert and end-to-end owner on marketing data sources, analytics infrastructure, data models, and analysis and measurement methodologies Optimize complex data models that unify data across marketing channels and apply complex attribution models Investigate the root causes of data anomalies and trends Develop and automate dashboards and reporting critical to business stakeholder decision-making Design, execute, and analyze A/B and incrementality tests across marketing campaigns to drive strategic decision-making Qualifications 5-7+ years of experience as an analyst, writing complex queries, developing in business intelligence tools, performing analysis in Python and/or R, and communicating with senior stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or relevant years of work experience Strong SQL and Python skills; ability to understand and author complex SQL queries and optimize query performance Experience with DBT for data modeling and orchestration Familiarity with statistical experimentation and A/B testing principles Preferred Qualifications Experience using Looker for business intelligence and developing a semantic layer in LookML Advanced Python skills for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling, with experience using Jupyter notebooks, pandas, scikit-learn, etc. Understanding of marketing business domain applications such as multi-touch attribution (MTA) and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) Experience with website analytics (e.g. Amplitude, Google Analytics) and app analytics tools (e.g. Branch, AppsFlyer) We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
