Scope of Work

We are looking for an organized individual who can manage tools and materials, repair tools, and work with vendors. Keeping up with material management will be important. Being able to order and track material used and material that needs returned. This job will require delivering materials to jobsites as well as coordinating with the fleet manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage:
• Material Requisition/Returns
• Emergency orders and deliveries
• Material returns to the supplier or warehouse
• Tools and tool repairs
• Coordination with:
• Internal warehouse managers on company material/equipment
• The Company Fleet Manager for fleet coordination and maintenance
• Create, process, and monitor purchase order requisitions
• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of material, tools and equipment
• Monitor inventory levels and manage shop inventory
• Building Maintenance
• Warehouse/Office Housekeeping
  
  
  

Position Requirements

• Education - High School Graduate
• Knowledge of - Electrical, mechanical, and low voltage/cabling materials and equipment
  
  
  

Essential Duties

• High level interpersonal relationship skills, proficiency in communication skills, organization skills, and must be computer literate (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel).
• As a condition of employment, all employees must furnish and utilize a smart phone with internet capability and access for daily work-related time keeping purposes.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
• Operate a forklift
• Detail oriented
• CDL not required but beneficial
  
  
  

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 10-15 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
