Typical Day

Helping others is what we do best here. As a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist, you will focus on wow clients now and in the future. You'll answer phones, greet clients, schedule appointments, match clients with the best‑suited tax professional, maintain office cleanliness, and ensure all client needs are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
• Sales or marketing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients friendly and invitingly.
• Match clients with the appropriate tax professional.
• Schedule clients according to preferences.
• Ensure client needs are met during in‑person, phone, or virtual service.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
• Other duties as assigned.

Expertise

• Experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
