We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in operating various types of heavy equipment and machinery. The equipment operator's duties include preparing and manipulating heavy equipment to ensure the appropriate movement of materials, and liaising with coworkers to ensure that the projects are completed accurately. You will be required to conduct your duties in a safe, diligent manner always. Responsibilities: Operate and maintain, heavy equipment: loaders, excavators, skid steers Perform tasks such as digging, grading, building, and transporting materials. Conduct equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times. Work on construction sites to support project needs. Experience Prior experience operating a variety of heavy equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A sound understanding of pertinent safety guidelines. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
