Your place of work: Oy-Mittelberg | weekly working hours: 40 hours | permanent Responsibilities Support the conversion, repair and maintenance of our outdoor facilities, buildings, office equipment and building technology. Ensure safety, order and cleanliness in our buildings and gardens. Take care of the seating in our seminar rooms and provide support at events. Help our incoming goods team with loading and unloading and with journeys between our main building Naturparadies 1 and our logistics department (Gewerbepark 18). Assist with winter maintenance. Maintain and water our gardens. Qualifications Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable experience as a janitor, building technician. Basic knowledge of house and building technology. Class BE driving license, ideally C1E. Motivated to continue training in forklift trucks, electrically instructed persons and testing safety-relevant systems. Good command of written and spoken German.
