EDC Area Maintennace Janitor Supervisor (East Harlem) Join to apply for the EDC Area Maintennace Janitor Supervisor (East Harlem) role at Klēn Space . Full‑time position based in East Harlem. Work days: Monday–Friday. Day‑time shifts: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Key responsibilities include: Landscaping/Groundskeeper duties—mowing the grass, weed wacking, hedge trimming, tree cutting, and more as required. Litter pickup in outdoor common areas and sidewalks. Removing and replacing trash bags in trash cans. Interior floor sweeping and mopping. Cleaning and maintaining the interior and exterior of city‑owned properties. Removing debris and similar items. Following company policies and quality standards. Taking before and after photos and performing shift reports. Window cleaning. Watering flowers/plants. Dust and web removal. Cleaning facilities and restrooms. Mandatory snow removal and possible overtime. Minimum qualifications: Supervisor experience. Recent experience in landscaping/groundskeeping (mowing the grass, weed whacking, hedge trimming, tree cutting). Working phone capable of downloading the required mobile apps. Good physical condition, without mental or physical impairments that would interfere with walking the assigned route. Ability to work in varying weather conditions (rain, snow, sleet, heat, cold). Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Age 18 or over. Some cleaning / debris cleanup experience.
