Communicate with vendors to reconcile purchase records and address discrepancies. Handle mailing of checks and ensure timely distribution to suppliers. Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. Review and verify expenses in line with company policies. Support the accounting team with various tasks, always bringing a willingness to learn and grow. What We're Looking For: Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). At least 1 year of accounts payable and data entry experience . Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook . High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset.
