Our client, a leading organization in the nutrition and health sciences industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Supervisor to join their team. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be part of the Contact Center Management department supporting a dynamic frontline team.
Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor
Location: Fremont, MI / Hybrid
What’s the Job?
- Lead and guide a team of contact center representatives supporting renowned nutrition brands across multiple communication channels.
- Partner with supervisory teams to delegate tasks effectively, fostering a culture of initiative and accountability.
- Monitor operational performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Respond promptly to escalations from consumers, caregivers, or healthcare professionals to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Support eCommerce initiatives, product transactions, and ensure compliance with FDA and Nestlé standards.
What’s Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to manage a team through changing environments.
- Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
