Join to apply for the Manufacturing Engineering Manager role at Enbi Group The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead teams related to Production, Quality and Engineering. This position is the driving force behind continuous improvement initiatives and advanced manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity, quality and cost efficiency. This position will assist with employee health and safety. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of Manufacturing Engineers Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the Quality team Ensure collaboration with Engineering, Production and Quality Implement and champion lean manufacturing principles /methodologies to drive continuous improvement Optimize plant layouts, equipment utilization, and material flow to reduce waste and improve throughput Develop and implement strategies to boost production efficiency Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), to identify and resolve process inefficiencies Lead the adoption of new manufacturing technologies and automation to enhance capabilities Ensure that all manufacturing processes and documentation adhere to quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Manage direct employee’s performance reviews, training, development and disciplinary actions Maintain compliance with all safety and environmental regulations Other duties as assigned by manager Required Skills & Abilities Must be able to speak, read & write in English Lean Manufacturing/ Six Sigma Experience in CAD/CAM software Strong mechanical ability Detail oriented Strong organizational skills Strong people & problem-solving skills Work Environment/ Physical Requirements Standard manufacturing floor environment Must be able to lift and move up to 40lbs independently Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time Equal Opportunity Employer Education/ Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (with a focus on Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial) 5+ yrs of progressive Manufacturing Engineer Exp 3+ yrs in a leadership/supervisory role Other Full Time Salary Exempt position – must be able to work extended hours as needed Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance Industries Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Equal Opportunity Employer; referrals and application notices may be included by the platform, but this listing focuses on the role responsibilities and requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
