About The Hotel Manager Position We seek an exceptional Hotel Manager with proven luxury experience to lead and develop our team and elevate this property. Provide leadership and direction, maximize financial returns, develop staff, and enhance guest experiences. Act as General Manager in their absence. Key Competencies

Be approachable, confident, respectful, attentive, and knowledgeable to create memorable moments for guests. Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in developing and monitoring financial and operational plans. Recommend capital improvements and enhance hotel assets and brand loyalty. Manage daily operations, set performance goals, mentor staff, and handle staffing actions. Promote teamwork and quality service through communication with department heads. Engage with guests, clients, community leaders, and other stakeholders. Ensure guest satisfaction, safety, and security, complying with policies and regulations. Represent the hotel in the community and promote environmental sustainability. Perform other duties, including acting as manager-on-duty as needed. Compensation and Benefits The salary range is $165,000 to $175,000, based on experience and qualifications. We offer benefits such as paid time off, insurance, 401k, and employee discounts.
