Role Overview:
Our Clinic Nurse, RN, plays a vital role by caring directly for participants in the WelbeHealth clinic, including support with clinic overflow, triage at day centers, vital sign checks, POC testing, medication management, wound care, and other clinical needs within RN scope of practice. Essential Job Duties: Assist with wound care, IV therapies, and procedures within RN scope to meet participant needs. Provide clinical support to Medical Assistants performing procedures. Educate participants and families on disease processes, self-care, and prevention, as directed by PCP. Document patient care, observations, and nursing measures accurately. Job Requirements: Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred. Unencumbered RN license required. Reliable transportation. *Triaging experience is preferred.* Benefits:
