Director of Sales

to help drive our expansion in North America. This role will play a critical part in building pipelines, nurturing strategic accounts, and converting opportunities into long-term engagements. You will work closely with the VP of Sales to align with company strategy, lead client-facing interactions, and collaborate with delivery teams to position Doyensys as a trusted partner. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, primarily in IT services and Oracle-related solutions Build strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at prospective and existing client organizations Understand client business challenges and articulate how Doyensys solutions can solve them Collaborate with internal teams—including delivery, marketing, and presales—to craft compelling proposals and value-based solutions Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM; provide regular updates to the VP of Sales Support the VP of Sales in strategic planning, account development, and mentoring junior sales staff Represent Doyensys at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to drive brand awareness and lead generation What We’re Looking For 7+ years of experience in IT services sales in the North American market Proven success in hunting and closing new accounts Experience selling enterprise solutions, ideally involving Oracle Cloud ERP, EBS, OCI, OIC, or APEX Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to map technology to business needs Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus Why Join Doyensys?
