Architectural Project Manager
with a primary focus on
Construction Administration (CA)
to join our dynamic team. This role will lead the construction phase of complex architectural projects, with a strong emphasis on healthcare facilities, ensuring design intent is preserved and executed through close collaboration with contractors, consultants, and clients. The ideal candidate will bring
15+ years of experience
in architecture with a
specialized focus on the healthcare market sector
and a proven track record of managing construction administration on large-scale healthcare projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of the
Construction Administration phase
for healthcare architectural projects. Serve as the primary liaison between the architectural team, contractors, consultants, and clients during construction. Oversee
RFIs, submittals, field observations, change orders,
and
construction documentation. Conduct and document
site visits
to monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with contract documents. Proactively identify and resolve issues in the field to maintain project timelines, budget, and design integrity. Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure continuity between design development and construction execution. Participate in
Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings , generate meeting minutes, and track action items. Enforce building codes, industry standards, and firm-wide quality control processes. Mentor junior staff in CA protocols and best practices. Weekly Travel Required: 3 Nights, 2 Days on Site Qualifications: Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution. 15+ years of architectural experience , with a
minimum of 10 years
in a
Construction Administration role . Extensive experience in the healthcare market sector
is required. Licensed Architect preferred. Deep knowledge of building systems, construction techniques, and detailing specific to healthcare facilities. Proficient in CA management tools such as
Newforma, Procore, Bluebeam, and Revit. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations including FGI Guidelines, NFPA 101, ADA, and local building codes. Seniority level
