Integrations and AI Manager, IT

at CoreWeave

CoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI™. Built for pioneers by pioneers, CoreWeave delivers a platform of technology, tools, and teams that enables innovators to build and scale AI with confidence. Trusted by leading AI labs, startups, and global enterprises, CoreWeave combines superior infrastructure performance with deep technical expertise to accelerate breakthroughs and turn compute into capability. Founded in 2017, CoreWeave became a publicly traded company (Nasdaq: CRWV) in March 2025.

What You’ll Do At CoreWeave, we’re scaling fast and believe AI, automation, and modern software should scale with us. As the Integrations and AI Manager, you sit at the intersection of business systems, intelligent agents, and internal product development. Your mission is to simplify and accelerate how work gets done across the company by building powerful internal tools, orchestrating enterprise integrations, and deploying AI agents that serve teams across GTM, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Security, and Data Center Operations.

You’ll manage and deliver first‑party internal products that enable high‑impact business functions like supply chain, finance, and data center operations. You’ll also own and advocate for the integrations platform adoption, driving business outcomes, and lead the transformational execution of agentic workforce. You won’t just lead; you’ll do. You’re a hands‑on builder, just as comfortable writing code as you are shaping strategy.

About The Role

Build and manage a portfolio of AI agents, internal tools, and automations across business domains, aligned to real workflows and measurable outcomes.

Own and evolve CoreWeave’s integration platform, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems like ERP, CRM, Billing, DCIM, PDM, Procurement, and our data warehouse.

Design, deliver, and support first‑party internal products that power key business operations — using React/TypeScript on the front end and Node.js/Go on the backend.

Evaluate and integrate GenAI platforms and agentic frameworks such as OpenAI, Claude, Cohere, Gemini, Cursor, Crew, and others — selecting the right approach for the use case.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders across GTM, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Security to surface the highest‑impact opportunities for simplification, automation, and AI‑driven augmentation.

Ensure secure, scalable, and performant integrations and applications, aligned with modern engineering and security best practices.

Define and measure product and agent success with clear KPIs around performance, usability, reliability, and business value.

Lead by example in a hands‑on way — writing code, reviewing pull requests, and participating in design and architecture discussions.

Operate with urgency and focus in a high‑growth environment, knowing when to ship fast and when to go deep.

Who You Are

8+ years of experience across enterprise integration, internal tooling, and intelligent automation.

Experience managing or contributing to the development of first‑party software products for business operations.

Proven ability to architect and deliver full‑stack applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Go.

Deep understanding of cross‑system integrations, APIs, event‑driven workflows, and business process automation.

Hands‑on experience with GenAI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Cohere, Gemini) and agent frameworks (e.g., Cursor, Crew, LangChain, AutoGen).

A pragmatic mindset with the technical depth to guide strategy and the willingness to dive into the codebase.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.

A passion for enabling human teams to move faster and smarter through the right mix of automation, intelligence, and thoughtful design.
