Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical programs on time and in budget Coordinate between engineering teams, customers, and mission stakeholders Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables Manage program risks and develop mitigation strategies Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders Ensure compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements Track program metrics and provide regular status updates to leadership Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field 5+ years of experience in program or project management Experience managing technical programs in defense or government contracting Strong understanding of software development lifecycle Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering Management Experience with defense acquisition processes Knowledge of cybersecurity and information assurance Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies Experience with government contracting and compliance Key Skills
Project management tools including Jira Risk management and mitigation strategies Budget planning and financial tracking Stakeholder management and communication Process improvement and optimization Contract management and compliance Security Requirements
This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Top Secret level or above. Program Focus Areas
