BE/BC Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialists

to join our established team at Carle Foundation Hospital in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

Join a growing team of 4 MFM Specialists, 16 Obstetricians/Gynecologists, 6 Neonatologists, 2 Gynecologic Oncologists, a Pediatric Surgeon, a Geneticist with dedicated MFM genetic counseling, a Dietitian and highly skilled subspecialty midlevel staff

Four MFM APP's provide prenatal care, inpatient support, and care coordination

Pediatric specialties on site include Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, Neurology, Developmental‑Behavioral, Pulmonology, Sleep and Genetics; additional consultation services available for Pediatric Infectious Disease and Hematology/Oncology

Practice the full range of Maternal‑Fetal Medicine, including prenatal diagnosis, complex obstetric management, genetic and perinatal consultation

Large referral base of 50 regional referring OB‑GYN physicians

In‑house coverage for deliveries by BE/BC OB/GYN Hospitalist, NICU and Anesthesia

Dedicated neonatal and perinatal air and ground transport services

90% office practice within Carle Foundation Hospital campus

Opportunity for academic and/or research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation’s first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering

Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $550,000 - $665,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
