Our Manistique McDonald’s opened its doors in 2024 — bringing a fresh, modern restaurant to the community while continuing our family’s 40-year tradition of serving the Upper Peninsula. We’re looking for dependable, motivated leaders to help guide our crew and keep this new restaurant running smoothly. As a Shift Manager, you’ll set the tone for each shift, lead by example, and make sure our guests and crew have the best experience possible.
What You’ll Do
Lead daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring top-quality food, service, and cleanliness
Support, coach, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
Communicate clearly with the next Shift Manager to maintain smooth transitions
Oversee safety, security, and cash-handling procedures
Maintain restaurant equipment and cleanliness standards
Help meet or exceed key performance goals for your team
What You’ll Bring
Leadership and dependability — you set the tone for your team
Strong communication and organization skills
A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Must be at least 18 years old
Prior restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred
