What You’ll Do
Lead and manage a team of HVAC service technicians
Ensure top-tier customer experience, efficient scheduling, and dispatch coordination
Develop training programs to improve technician performance and skill
Track department KPIs: productivity, callback reduction, profit margins
Drive results through coaching, accountability, and operational structure
Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and call center teams
Manage service budgets, warranty claims, and daily job expenses
Enforce safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and company standards
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of residential HVAC experience
3+ years in a supervisory or service manager role
Strong leadership, communication, and training ability
Results-oriented mindset with an eye for operational improvement
Technically proficient in service diagnostics and troubleshooting
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software (preferred)
EPA certification and valid driver’s license (required)
NATE certification (preferred)
