This role specializes in the Midstream IT Back Office Product Line, focused on Environmental, Safety, Security, Emergency Response, Knowledge Management, Project Management, and Engineering & Construction.
Position Summary In this Information Technology Manager position, you will develop future vision, product roadmaps, and value‑stream roadmaps for the Back Office product line. You will lead innovation in technology to deliver forward‑looking solutions across our product line, proactively working with IT peers and Midstream business partners to identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies that transform Back Office capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Plan and lead low‑to‑medium‑complexity IT projects, ensuring timely, on‑budget delivery that adheres to quality standards.
Ensure availability, reliability, and security of technology systems; collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and deliver effective solutions.
Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital products and solutions—from ideation through delivery and support—by orchestrating cross‑functional collaboration across development, QA, and operations.
Align product roadmaps with business strategy, championing technology‑driven process improvements through cloud, cybersecurity, data governance, and digital transformation initiatives.
Build strong business partnerships to gather, prioritize, and translate requirements into actionable digital product roadmaps aligned with short‑term and long‑term business strategies.
Oversee budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships, making strategic decisions on resource allocation and contract negotiations.
Act as a change agent, driving the adoption of IT solutions through structured change management programs, and providing tailored training and documentation.
Develop customer‑facing product strategies focused on user experience across multiple verticals.
Lead the development of product roadmaps, prioritizing feature releases and aligning them with business objectives.
Facilitate cross‑team prioritization and ensure alignment around shared goals and objectives.
Engage senior cross‑functional leaders and resolve issues to maintain effective communication and alignment across business and operations teams, UX design, product, engineering, marketing, analytics, and customer support.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of diversified IT experience.
3+ years in a leadership or managerial role, with proven experience leading cross‑functional teams.
Experience delivering IT products or services aligned with business strategy, including oversight of project timelines and vendor relationships.
Experience driving change management initiatives, ensuring adoption and achieving short‑to‑medium‑term business goals.
Agile certifications preferred.

Demonstrated ability to deliver IT products or services aligned with business strategy and oversight of project timelines and vendor relationships.
Experience driving change management initiatives, ensuring adoption and achieving short‑to‑medium‑term business goals.
Demonstrated ability to adapt and execute plans based on established strategies and organizational objectives.
Location Findlay, Ohio (Primary location). Additional potential locations include Denver, CO; San Antonio, TX; and other sites.
Compensation Salary: $119,900 – $179,800 per year.
