Department Overview The Supply Chain Transformation department at Motorola Solutions manages projects and sets goals, transforming solutions for the future.
Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead project management initiatives through collaboration with cross‑functional teams, including data scientists, supply chain professionals, business analysts, finance partners and engineers
Develop and manage project schedules including the formalization of a realistic timeline, complete with milestones, targets and identification of responsible parties
Work closely with cross‑functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, roles and responsibilities and timing for programs
Create and implement a change management plan for the organization
Manage, and escape as needed, risks and issues throughout the project
Manage multiple projects at any given time
Facilitate team meetings weekly and quarterly
Produce accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle
Present project status as required to different organization levels
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
Experience managing projects
Change Management experience
Strong Project management skills
Ability to work in a matrix team environment
Advance Google Suite experience
Working knowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement processes preferred
PMP certification preferred
Target Base Salary Range $90,000 - $130,000 USD
Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or Supply Chain. Five+ years of experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, or Business Transformation required.
Travel Requirements 10-25%
