Position Summary Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
Responsibilities • Lead and participate in patient assessment, care planning, and bedside nursing care.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Mentor and support nursing staff to maintain high standards of care.
Qualifications
New grad RN must have taken and passed the NCLEX and registered for boards; DC RN license required by start date.
Minimum GPA 3.0 from an accredited NLN or AACN program.
BLS (AHA or ARC).
