Annual Salary $72,000-$92,000 Responsibilities
Designs and revises for OQC/DQA inspections and new model test manuals
Decides the shipment of products to check OQC inspection results
Collects and analyzes production samples to evaluate quality
Analyzes quality control test results and provides feedback and interpretations to production management or staff
Stops production if serious product defects are present
Monitors performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
Communicates quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, and contractors
Instructs staff in quality control and analytical procedures
Produces reports regarding nonconformance of products or processes, daily production quality, root cause analyses, and quality trends
Responsible for Field Quality Assurance (Warranties, customer satisfaction, etc.)
Lead and develop a high performance team
Lead efforts to increase employee satisfaction and strengthen employee culture
Advocate for people oriented management ensuring equality for employees
Trains and coaches team in the Jeong Do Management Principles
Conducts employee evaluations to ensure each employee has a development plan, is challenged and is motivated to continue their professional growth
Achievement of daily, monthly and annual team targets
Adheres to yearly budget and carries out the plan to meet that budget
Aligns Innovation team to forecast and reduces labor expense, forecasts, tracks and escalates as necessary
Responsible for establishing and promoting a safe working environment and establishes and monitors compliance activities to support the safety program
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
5 to 7 years previous management experience in related industry
2+ years of outgoing quality assurance experience
2+ year of development quality assurance experience
CQE(Certified Quality Engineer),CRE (Certified Reliability Engineer), 6 Sigma Belt preferred
Some occasional international travel required
