About the Team The Global Defense team drives International Growth, developing the company’s global sales strategy, steering business development, overseeing regional offices, and establishing product exportability frameworks.

About the Job We seek an Air Force Technology Release Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop export strategies that align with U.S. Government policy and pursue policy amendments when necessary. The role expands export markets across all Anduril products by advocating export‑ready architecture design and integrating technical, policy, cost, and market data to prioritize engineering reviews. In partnership with product engineering teams, the SME will support export performance, technology trade‑offs, and coordinate allowable excursions to bring products to market under TSFD constraints.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with engineering and capture teams to ensure export offerings comply with U.S. Government and Anduril’s technology export policies.

Build and track product exportability roadmaps for Anduril’s Air Force programs.

Inform marketing strategies with deep knowledge of Anduril’s products and U.S. export regulations.

Coordinate with regional business development teams on technical baselines for export license submissions.

Support capture teams in pursuing U.S. Government policy exceptions when necessary.

Develop technical strategies with Division Engineering that align system‑level requirements for export‑compliant configurations.

Support design efforts to enable export campaigns through technology base alignment.

Engage with U.S. Government export review committees (LO/CLO Tri‑service/EXCOM, DTSA, and service TSFD offices).

Participate in export review, operations, gate, and program reviews to provide expert perspective on releasability.

Support LO/CLO CPI assessment approvals.

Present program protection plans to U.S. Government approval authorities.

Required Qualifications

Deep understanding of DOD TSFD processes and experience navigating product release through exportability reviews.

Experience addressing technology export compliance with LO/CLO Tri‑Service Committee, Exception to National Disclosure Committee, CNSS, and TS/FD Air Force offices.

Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and 10 years of experience (or 16 years without a degree).

Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and proposal skills.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate release actions across matrixed teams.

Ability to manage competing priorities.

Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

Program Management certification.

Active U.S. Top Secret SCI clearance.

Salary Range US Salary Range: $140,000 – $210,000 USD. Compensation varies by experience, education, skills, and business needs. Equity and benefits form part of the total package.
