Opportunity As part of the Capital Projects & Infrastructure practice team you will bring together an ecosystem of solutions, specialisations, and services to help organisations maximise capital project value and make the built environment more sustainable. As an Associate you will support senior staff in delivering project outcomes on time and within budget while leveraging technology and automation to enhance work quality. As part of our team, you’ll also help organisations analyse, design and implement business and technology solutions for large‑scale capital projects and programmes.

Responsibilities

Contribute to project management efforts, maintaining budget adherence.

Work with team members to enhance project outcomes.

Participate in continuous learning to develop technical skills and knowledge.

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

2 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

Master's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Engineering & Management, Risk Management, Finance, Finance & Technology preferred

Certification(s) Preferred: Engineer in Training (EIT) or Project Management

Experience in capital project development and management

Familiarity with project tools like AI, Data Analytics, and BIM

Experience in asset‑intensive industries such as clean energy and manufacturing

Leading workstreams to deliver projects on time and budget

Utilising technology and automation to enhance work execution

Distilling complex data into clear executive‑level messaging

Flexibly adapting to new technical work areas

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
