Job Description
Lead complex family law cases including divorce, custody, child support, property division, and domestic violence matters
Manage caseload independently from intake to resolution
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
Represent clients in hearings, trials, depositions, and mediations
Provide strategic advice and compassionate client service
Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys and colleagues
Contribute to the continued growth of the family law practice
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Maryland (required)
DC Bar admission preferred or ability to waive in
5+ years of family law experience with litigation and trial exposure
Strong legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
Proven ability to develop case strategies and deliver excellent client service
Leadership skills with interest in mentoring junior attorneys
