Network Management Consultant

This position is responsible for providing support to the provider recruitment and contracting process to ensure strategic coverage of providers for an assigned territory. Specific responsibilities include: Negotiating small to mid-size contracts with small hospitals, physicians, and physician groups. Developing and maintaining relationships with providers. Supporting complex hospital and physician contracting activities. Handling provider termination processes. Traveling within the assigned territory, including overnight stays. Required Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience developing and negotiating provider contracts OR five years of managed care operations experience handling independent work with at least one year of experience developing and negotiating provider contracts. Meets deadlines and works well under pressure. Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational and planning skills. PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office. Analytical skills. Preferred Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business. Project Management experience. This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote. Sponsorship is not available. Compensation: $54,800.00 - $121,100.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
