Responsibilities
Be responsible for the R&D of real‑time 2D/3D human body perception algorithms in XR scenarios, covering but not limited to tasks such as 3D human pose estimation, semantic segmentation, and human body reconstruction from the ego/exo‑centric perspective, and completing the delivery of relevant algorithms.
Be responsible for the R&D of human body perception multi‑modal models, including tasks such as data solutions and large‑model optimization solutions, explore the key points of cutting‑edge technologies in the industry, and promote the application of relevant ego‑centric human perception technologies in XR scenarios.

Minimum Qualifications
Final year Ph.D. or recent Ph.D. graduates in Computer Science, engineering or quantitative field.
Be proficient in C/C++ or Python, and have excellent algorithm and programming skills.
Be proficient in the basic principles of deep learning and frameworks such as PyTorch, and have experience in training and optimizing 2D/3D vision models, such as detection, segmentation, key‑point, and tracking models.
Have excellent scientific research capabilities and have published relevant papers in top‑tier computer vision conferences or journals.
Have strong self‑motivation for knowledge, and keep up with and learn the latest technologies in the industry.
Preferred Qualifications
Have practical project experience related to 3D digital humans.
Be familiar with common multi‑modal large model training and optimization strategies and have practical experience in relevant fields.

Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $136,800 - $259,200 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
