Our hotel is looking for a driven hospitality expert with strong communication and customer service abilities. You'll be in charge of overseeing hotel operations during your shift, such as receiving and serving guests, while working alongside your hotel employees. As a shift manager, you'll be in charge of scheduling and assigning work to hotel employees, dealing with client complaints, and ensuring that safety regulations are followed. Responsibilities
Keep track of inventory and make sure every area is fully stocked by ordering supplies and coordinating product deliveries
Help guests with their concerns in a quick, efficient, and friendly manner
Create performance goals with your team and help them strive to achieve them
Manage, direct, and ensure high guest satisfaction in the delivery of all services
Schedule shifts, train and oversee hotel employees to boost productivity levels and ensure compliance
Qualifications
Experience with MS Office and other computer skills desired
Prior hospitality experience is required, as well as the ability to perform different hotel employee roles
Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
Previous experience of 2 or more years managing staff is required
This position requires a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation $14 - $17 hourly
