Description
Supervise and manage day‑to‑day construction site activities to ensure project progress aligns with schedules.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on‑site.
Oversee quality control measures to maintain the highest construction standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to address project updates and concerns.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
Identify and resolve potential project challenges or delays promptly.
Ensure all construction activities align with company policies and client expectations.
Profile
10+ years of construction experience.
Strong technical skills.
Proven track record managing complex, high‑end, ground‑up, wood‑frame, multifamily projects $50M+ from start to finish.
Ability to lead, problem‑solve, and maintain accountability on site.
Job Offer
Base salary up to $170k (dependent on experience level).
Lucrative bonus 20%.
$600/month vehicle allowance.
