As an Executive Recruiter, you will manage a full life?cycle of direct hire recruiting for top?tier, mid? to senior?level professional roles across various clients. Responsibilities include: Executing full life?cycle recruiting for direct hire orders. Identifying and engaging both existing clients and new prospects. Interviewing candidates and matching them with suitable organizations. Demonstrating urgency and focus while meeting changing priorities. Achieving realistic, clearly defined goals and earning recognition and promotions.

Anticipated salary: $50,000$70,000, subject to location (details below). Base salary is eligible for incentive compensation. Expected Salary by Location: California: $68,640$70,000 Colorado: $56,485$70,000 New York City, Long Island, and Westchester Counties: $64,350$70,000 New York All Other Locations: $60,405.80$70,000 Washington: $77,968.80
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, term life, AD&D insurance, short? and long?term disability, voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, 401(k) or non?qualified deferred compensation.
