Responsibilities
Provide strong, hands‑on leadership on the job site, guiding and mentoring Assistant Superintendents and other team members.
Oversee the management of construction sites, coordinating subcontractors and supervising employees to ensure smooth operations.
Actively mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills.
Coordinate the work of all subcontractors on‑site to ensure timely, quality completion and maintain strong relationships.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs and reports.
Implement and oversee quality control processes to uphold high standards of workmanship.
Qualifications / Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in commercial construction with a track record of successful project completions.
Extensive experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades on site.
Proven ability to meet or exceed construction goals and project timelines.
Exceptional written, verbal, and technological communication skills.
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent time‑management and proactive problem‑solving abilities.
Logical thinking and a commonsense approach to challenges.
Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Commitment to safety and quality standards on all job sites.
Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.
Valid, insurable U.S. driver’s license.
Employment Type Full‑time
Salary $90,000 – $135,000 + Per Diem
