We’re seeking an exceptional Solution Architect to lead how we deliver our enterprise integration practice serving 100+ clients across many verticals. You’ll define architectural standards, establish governance frameworks, and drive scalable delivery patterns while maintaining hands‑on technical leadership in complex integrations spanning across all Workday modules.
This is a high‑impact role where your architectural vision will directly influence delivery speed, client satisfaction, and technical capability across our entire organization.
Key Responsibilities Architecture & Standards
Design enterprise integration architectures across Workday Connectors, EIB/DT, RaaS, BIRT, Workday Studio, Orchestrate for Integrations and be a leader in identifying AI practicality
Establish technical standards, patterns, and governance frameworks for consistent delivery across client portfolios
Create reusable integration patterns that reduce delivery timelines by 25-40%
Drive performance, security, and scalability standards for all integration solutions
Leadership & Mentorship
Lead technical discussions with C‑level stakeholders and enterprise architecture teams
Mentor delivery teams on integration best practices and emerging technology adoption
Coach integration leads and raise delivery maturity across the organization
Establish a Center of Excellence with documented best practices and training programs
Innovation & Growth
Evaluate and integrate AI/automation tools into existing integration workflows
Drive technical pre‑sales activities and solution scoping for strategic accounts
Collaborate with product teams to influence platform roadmap and capability development
Surface and integrate emerging technologies for measurable client impact
Client Delivery
Provide executive‑level technical credibility for enterprise sales and delivery
Support integration leads on complex integration projects with hands‑on problem‑solving
Ensure 95%+ client satisfaction on architectural decisions
Establish risk mitigation frameworks preventing costly rework and technical debt
Required Qualifications
8+ years in Workday enterprise integration with 3+ years in solution architecture roles
Deep expertise in Workday integrations: Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Prism Analytics, BIRT reporting
Proficiency with integration services, APIs, and cloud architecture patterns
Experience with Microsoft Graph API, ServiceNow, Snowflake, and other internal IT systems are a plus
Strong understanding of enterprise security, governance, and compliance frameworks
Knowledge of AI/ML integration patterns and automation orchestration tools
Leadership & Communication
Proven ability to influence technical decisions across multiple stakeholder groups
Experience establishing architectural standards and governance in consulting environments
Strong presentation skills for executive‑level technical discussions
Track record of mentoring technical teams and driving capability development
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices
