As a Senior In-House Litigation Attorney, you will manage complex litigation and advise on regulatory, competition, healthcare and other risk areas. You will handle and win multi-million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, represent the company in high-stakes proceedings, and build relationships with vendors and industry collaborators while ensuring compliance with existing and emerging legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
Responsibilities
Manage complex litigation and risk counseling across multiple practice areas.
Handle multi-million dollar disputes, including drafting motions, taking depositions, and presenting oral arguments.
Represent Epic in high-stakes legal proceedings.
Build and maintain vendor and industry relationships to ensure compliance with US and global regulations.
Qualifications
JD with experience counseling risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
Strong academic and professional background.
Excellent communication, writing, analytic skills and an eye for detail.
Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
