SUMMARY Plans, coordinates, and controls all project records and provides administrative assistance to the area office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish job files including job types, budgets, quantities, etc.
Record, reconcile, verify, and correct quantities on the project
Track and record daily cost data on all jobs
Ensure that the estimator’s records and files are current and accurate
Obtain, administer, and process the issuing of pay estimates
Monitor change orders and ensure that properly signed documents are obtained and processed in a timely manner
Coordinate documentation with DOT to ensure timely progress payments
Additional duties/responsibilities as defined by the supervisor
This position has an opportunity for advancement. Seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
Associate degree in Accounting/Business preferred and or one (1) to two (2) years of experience
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Self‑motivated; ability to work independently
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
