Summary Description The Associate Allocator at Stoney Clover Lane is the key to DTC! This person will support DTC Sales and Strategy, ensuring the right product is at the right place at the right time. To excel in the position the applicant must think both analytically and critically with core competencies in retail math and Excel.
Essential Job Duties
Report on sales to stock at the collection, sales channel, location and category level.
Review store level inventory analysis to maximize sales opportunities.
Replenish unit sales weekly based on model stock necessities, merchandise strategy, and sales performance.
Manage and track new collection inventory and deliveries in tandem with collection launch schedule. Ensure that on‑order and committed receipts are delivered on time to support forecasts and identify risks.
Collaborate with digital and wholesale teams to monitor inventory levels, ensuring products are available to each channel for both launch and replenishment.
Coordinate re‑stocks with marketing for DTC based on replenished inventory.
Analyze door selling to support door profiling and order & allocation strategies.
Work with cross‑functional teams and stores to create transfers as needed to drive sales.
Analyze store stock levels and present “action points” for the management of inventory and receipts.
Manage monthly DTC RTVs.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Responsible for all special project allocations including sample sales, events, trunk shows and new store openings.
Communicate assortment strategies by door to visual and marketing.
Launch calendar updates.
Qualifications Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
1+ years experience working in allocation and planning
Strong analytical skills
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Represents the brand image
Strong presentation skills
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Netsuite a +, Shopify
Hybrid schedule: 4 days in NY office and 1 day from home
Salary 60‑75k depending on experience
