Schedule:
4 days at 34 hours or 5 days at 40 hours
Salary:
$180k – $190k OR $200k – $210k
Benefits

Responsibilities
Sole Dentist comfortable working independently, leading the entire dental office.
Supervises 3 dental staff members (hygienist and assistants) and provides leadership to supporting staff.
Recommends and implements clinical policies and procedures; ensures quality control and continuous improvement.
Oversees clinical staff in their dental duties and coordinates clinical activities to achieve optimal outcomes.
Evaluates, diagnoses, and treats oral diseases, disorders, or conditions using x‑rays and diagnostic procedures.
Collaborates with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Medical Officer to provide input on dental operations.
Coordinates with the Office Manager regarding administrative activities of the dental site.
Reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer; performance evaluated annually by the Chief Medical Officer.
Qualifications
Valid license to practice dentistry in the state of Virginia.
Proficiency in Basic Life Support techniques.
Strong management techniques for supervising dental staff.
Ability to analyze complex information and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Professional qualities that earn confidence and respect from dental center staff.
