Showroom Coordinator

Ferguson is currently seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities
Greet guests when they arrive in the showroom, learn their motivation for the visit, and develop lasting customer relationships.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor.
Communicate appointment policy optimally.
Manage customer sign‑ins, the appointment book, and customer job folders.
Maintain the bid follow‑up system and prepare literature packages.
Send “Thank You” cards to customers for full house selections.
Assist in maintaining price tags.
Handle cash, deposits, and credit‑card reconciliation.
Assist with receiving inventory arriving at the showroom and transferring inventory out.
Work Monday‑Friday with occasional Saturday shifts on a rotation roughly every three weeks.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
Experience in sales and customer service.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload to balance multiple demands and meet timelines.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Attention to detail in task‑oriented job responsibilities.
Analytical thinking and an eye for business.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Pay Range $15.00 – $19.04 per hour. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
