Scaffold Foreman
to lead a team of
Scaffold Builders
at a maintenance job site in
Plaquemine, LA . In this role, you will oversee daily scaffolding operations, ensure strict adherence to safety and compliance standards, coordinate effectively with project stakeholders, and uphold the highest levels of quality, productivity, and efficiency. Responsibilities: Ensure scaffolding work adheres to safety regulations and industry standards. Conduct regular safety inspections and address potential hazards. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to meet project requirements and deadlines. Ensure scaffolding supports overall project needs effectively. Supervise and lead scaffolding and insulations teams, manage schedules, and provide training to ensure optimal performance and safety. Oversee the installation, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards. Manage scaffolding materials, equipment, and tools, ensuring proper usage, maintenance, and inventory control. Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and safety incidents. Prepare regular reports on scaffolding activities. Address and resolve scaffolding-related issues, develop solutions to improve processes, and ensure project efficiency. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA) preferred. Experience in scaffolding and as a leadman/foreman. Extensive knowledge of insulation, scaffolding systems, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in scaffolding tools and equipment.
