Nutrition Utility Worker performs food service delivery and sanitation work within a hospital setting. Work involves assistance to cooks, dieticians and other personnel in performing a variety of patient, cafeteria and catering food preparation, service and sanitation duties. Employees in this classification are required to observe established sanitary standards in the housekeeping of the work area in the cleaning of related equipment utensils and in personal hygiene. Work is performed under the general supervision of cooks, dieticians or other supervisory personnel who inspect work in progress and review results obtained. Behavioral Standards
