Facilities Engineer – Facilities Management
Location:
Swedish First Hill – 747 Broadway, Seattle, WA 98104
Schedule:
Full time, Evening shift
Pay Range:
$34.30 – $38.05 per hour
Responsibilities:
Conducts a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple disciplines including electrical, electronic, sheet metal, welding, mechanical, hydraulics, plumbing, painting, ventilation, carpentry, plastering, concrete, masonry, ceiling and floor installation, and motor maintenance. Works independently and collaborates with the team to ensure facility systems operate safely and efficiently.
Coursework/Training:
Successful completion of at least one formal specialized, related training course.
Licenses:
National Boiler Operator (Grade I, II, or III) with State, County, or City Trade License Authority (any one of the grades).
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in equipment inspection, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of required systems and equipment.
Tool Proficiency:
Background in the use of common and sophisticated tools and systems.
