Key Responsibilities
Build and execute livestream growth strategies
Manage livestream schedule, product selection, and campaigns
Lead and train hosts/creators to improve engagement and retention
Track and optimize key metrics (GMV, conversion, ROI)
Mentor and manage the livestream operations team
Qualifications
3+ years in livestream commerce or e-commerce operations
Experience managing livestream sales and revenue goals
Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Douyin, Kuaishou, or similar platforms
Strong leadership and communication skills
Data‑driven mindset; bilingual ability is a plus
