We are 50 years strong in 21 offices across California, the Pacific Northwest, and the southeastern United States.
ESA is seeking a senior‑level Environmental Biologist / Project Manager to join our team of scientists, ecologists, engineers, and planners in the southeast region. The role focuses on marketing our existing contracts, strengthening client connections, and providing leadership and guidance to junior technical staff. The position is exempt, full‑time, salary, remote with hybrid work as needed, and requires travel for site visits and in‑person collaboration. Strong preference is given to candidates within commutable distance to the following ESA office locations: Tampa, Sarasota, Orlando, or Boynton Beach.

Work at the desk and outdoors in a variety of habitat communities, including marshes, forested systems, uplands, developed communities, and on water (streams, rivers, estuaries, open water).
Thrive in a fast‑paced, exciting, and challenging environment and be able to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines, working independently or as part of a team.
