The Box Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the AMFS Box Office, including Box Office Staff, Box Office Supervisor and student workers. Responsibilities include scheduling, payroll, training staff and maintaining superior customer service with all AMFS patrons. This person will maintain the knowledge and enforce all AMFS ticketing policies, troubleshoot technical and patron issues as they arise, and act as Manager on Duty throughout the summer season. This position reports to the Director of Ticket Services and will work closely with the Director of Ticket Services and Front of House staff. This person must remain respectful, positive, supportive, friendly, and provide high‑level customer service to our patrons and donor base. Responsibilities
Schedule, hire and train seasonal Box Office staff, including local and student workers Act as Manager on Duty, including opening, closing the box office and concert duty Manage all AMFS patron records in AudienceView Professional, including accurate data entry and ticketing logic Maintain and troubleshoot ticketing software and box office technologies Problem‑solve staff and patron‑related ticketing issues Maintain a thorough knowledge and enforce AMFS ticketing policies and procedures Accurately process credit card and cash transactions and reconcile daily box office financials Manage satellite box office operations as needed Requirements
Applicant should possess excellent communication and customer service skills in addition to being detail oriented, well organized, patient, and able to successfully manage staff in a fast‑paced environment. Applicant will be expected to learn and comprehend complex ticket policies and procedures. Computer proficiency, accurate data entry, and other basic office skills are essential. Applicant should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. A knowledge of classical music, the AMFS, and the Aspen community is helpful, but not required. Applicant must be a team player with a good sense of humor. Experience with Raiser’s Edge, AudienceView Professional, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software is helpful but not required. Dates

$20/hour plus housing provided by AMFS (valued at a minimum of $5.16/hour depending on location). Overtime $30/hour Benefits include AMFS season pass and paid sick time. Application Procedure
